I once knew a lot about Jesus. I was at every church meeting — the covered‑dish suppers, the cantatas, the mission programs, the plays, the guest preachers, the concerts, the Easter and Christmas productions. Our family was there every time the doors were open. I could recite the books of the Bible and wore my perfect‑attendance pins proudly.

But I didn’t know Jesus. I hadn’t learned that I could have a living relationship with Him through the Holy Spirit — to walk with Him daily and be about the Father’s business, just as Jesus was.
